Josh Jacobs Should Be Heavily Involved In Week 12
12 months agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs rushed for 39 yards on 14 carries against the Miami Dolphins in Week 11. Jacobs has taken an even greater workload since interim head coach Antonio Pierce took the reins, but the game script went away from him last week. This Sunday, the Raiders take on the Kansas City Chiefs, who have given up the sixth-most yards per carry this season. Despite the generous yards per carry, the Chiefs could pull out to an early lead and force the Raiders into passing situations. Jacobs has not been as involved in the passing game since the head coaching change, so fantasy managers are hoping for that to change in this matchup. Even though the Raiders will likely be in a negative game script for most of the game, Jacobs will see more volume as offensive coordinator Bo Hardegree wants to make him a focal point of the offense. Fantasy managers can start Jacobs with confidence in Week 12.
