Amari Cooper A Low-End WR3 In Week 12
12 months agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper struggled a bit with rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center in Week 11 as he finished with just four catches for 34 yards on eight targets in the home win. He will now head on the road to face off against a Denver Broncos defense that is allowing just the 22nd-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts in 2023. While Cooper was quiet last week, Thompson-Robinson directed 15 targets to David Njoku and another seven to Elijah Moore. It appears that the Browns will look to keep the majority of their pass attempts close to the line of scrimmage with Thompson-Robinson under center, which will limit Cooper's upside moving forward. Treat Cooper as a low-end WR3 heading into Week 12.
