As fantasy managers come out of their food-induced Thanksgiving hangovers, wise fantasy regulars will keep an eye on developing injuries ahead of the Week 12 weekend slate. We have the latest notable injury updates as of Friday, November 24, 2023.
Fantasy football assets such as Cooper Kupp, Zay Flowers, Justin Jefferson, and more have been dealing with injuries ahead of Week 12. We have plenty of must-starts on this week's injury list with cloudy outlooks, so fantasy managers should be ready to pivot should things go south.

Justin Jefferson Injury Update
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson (hamstring) said his hamstring recovery is going well and that he has reached top speeds during practice, but he's not ready to say if he thinks he can play on Monday night in Week 12 against the Chicago Bears. "If I'm feeling good, I will play," Jefferson said.

The All-Pro wideout isn't expected to be activated from Injured Reserve to play this week, but nothing is official yet and we won't know for sure until Saturday at the deadline to activate players from IR. The 24-year-old was listed as limited again on Thursday for the team's first official practice of the week and was again a limited participant on Friday.
If Jefferson is activated on Saturday, it means he should play and should be returned to all starting fantasy lineups. Jefferson said he will not return until he's 100 percent. If he misses another game, rookie first-rounder Jordan Addison will operate as the top receiver yet again.
Noah Brown Injury Update
Houston Texans wide receiver Noah Brown (knee) was unable to practice this week. As a result, he has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 27-year-old impressed with 325 yards and one touchdown over his last two games but hasn't been able to play since Week 10. Nico Collins, Tank Dell, Dalton Schultz, and Robert Woods should handle the bulk of passing game opportunities in Week 12.

Cooper Kupp Injury Update
Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said that wide receiver Cooper Kupp (ankle) will play in Week 12 on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Kupp suffered a low right-ankle sprain in the Week 11 win over the Seattle Seahawks and didn't play at all in the second half, but he returned to a limited practice on Thursday after sitting out on Wednesday and appears ready to go for this weekend.

It's a mild surprise given the 30-year-old's history with ankle injuries. However, there's a chance he could still have his snaps somewhat limited come game day on Sunday, although we don't recommend benching him entirely in a solid matchup against Arizona's secondary.
Zay Flowers Injury Update
Baltimore Ravens rookie wide receiver Zay Flowers (hip) returned to a full practice on Friday but has been listed as questionable to play on Sunday night against the Los Angeles Chargers. Flowers was limited on Wednesday and sat out on Thursday, but he insists he's fine to play in Week 12 and that Thursday's missed practice was essentially just a rest day.

Odell Beckham Jr. (shoulder) is expected to be a game-time decision for this primetime game, so if OBJ is out or limited at all, Flowers could have a busy day against a very generous Chargers defense. Remember, tight end Mark Andrews (ankle) is likely done for the rest of the year, too, so Flowers is already set for an uptick in targets because of that injury. Flowers should be locked into fantasy lineups this week.
Keenan Allen Injury Update
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen (shoulder) practiced in a full capacity again on Friday. He has been removed from the injury report and will play against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12.
Despite several appearances on the injury report this season, Allen has been active for all 10 games so far. And he remains quite elite, totaling 83 catches, 1,011 yards, and seven touchdowns en route to ranking as the overall WR2 in PPR fantasy leagues. Managers should continue to start him in all formats this weekend.

Marquise Brown Injury Update
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown (heel) missed a second consecutive practice on Friday. Although his status has been trending in the wrong direction, he is officially listed as questionable to play against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12.

The following players are listed as OUT
- CB Antonio Hamilton (Groin)
- DL Kevin Strong (Knee)
- WR Michael Wilson (Shoulder)The following players are listed as QUESTIONABLE
- S Joey Blount (Knee)
- WR Marquise Brown…— Cardinals Update (@updatecardinals) November 24, 2023
With Michael Wilson (shoulder) already ruled out, Arizona cannot afford to also lose Brown for this divisional clash. Nevertheless, fantasy managers must prepare a backup plan in the event that the 26-year-old isn't able to play. We should receive confirmation on his status 90 minutes before kickoff Sunday.
Dameon Pierce Injury Update
Houston Texans running back Dameon Pierce (ankle) has been listed as questionable for Week 12 versus the Jacksonville Jaguars but is "trending toward being active," according to Aaron Wilson of KRPC. This update is hardly a surprise considering Pierce was a full participant in practice all week long.

With that said, Devin Singletary has asserted himself as Houston's workhorse back since Pierce last saw the field in Week 8. As a result, Singletary could be in line to handle the bulk of snaps out of the backfield on Sunday. Managers should view Pierce as nothing more than a fringe top-36 running back in fantasy football.
