1 year agoColumbus Blue Jackets forward Patrik Laine will return to the lineup Wednesday after being a healthy scratch for Sunday's game. Head coach Pascal Vincent was likely sending a message to both Laine and the team as a whole on Sunday, letting them know that no one is safe from discipline for bad play. Laine has a paltry three points in nine games this season and has no points in his last four games. The team is also on a nine-game losing streak, so something had to be done. Nevertheless, Laine will return to his spot on the second line and first powerplay unit, where he certainly has the capability to provide plenty of goals. If he was dropped in any fantasy leagues, he is a nice speculative add that could pay off big time.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
