D'Andre Swift Gets Back On Track In Win Over Chiefs
1 year agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back D'Andre Swift took 12 carries for 76 yards and a touchdown and added three receptions on as many targets for 31 yards during the team's 21-17 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. It was a sloppy, rain-soaked affair that gave both offenses issues, but the run game for Philadelphia and Kansas City excelled on Monday night. Swift found his way into the end zone early, and while his 12 carries were the lowest he has recorded since Week 6, the 24-year-old cleared 70 rushing yards for the first time since Week 5. Had Swift not been able to produce as well as he did, the Eagles' offense would have been in shambles due to a heavy Kansas City pass rush and the terrible weather. Fantasy managers can look forward to firing up Swift again next week against a Buffalo defense that has struggled to stop the run this season. Consider the Georgia alum a back-end RB1 in Week 12.
