DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks
Trae Young, ATL vs IND – PG ($9,100 DK; $9,200 FD)
This game is the one to target tonight, as it's no exaggeration to say this is the best-projected game environment we've seen this season, and possibly ever. It has the highest implied total not only for this season but from what I was able to find, it has the highest implied total of an NBA game ever. The Hawks are currently third in pace, the Pacers are first in pace and the Pacers allow the most points per game so far this season. I could write forever about how incredible this game environment is. For these reasons, and more to come, Young is my favorite play on the slate.
Darius Garland, CLE @ PHI – PG ($7,900 DK; $8,300 FD)
Garland will definitely be without backcourt partner Donovan Mitchell (hamstring) and the Cavs may also lose Caris LeVert (knee) to injury as well. Garland will absolutely be seeing additional volume, the question is just how much. Garland has scored 25+ in two straight games with Mitchell absent and has scored 20+ points in six of his last seven games against the 76ers. In three of those six games, he topped 25 points. The Sixers are 22nd in points allowed to opposing PGs which bodes well for Garland to continue scoring at a high clip.
Jaden Springer, PHI vs CLE – SG ($3,300 DK; $3,500 FD)
Maybe since the Sixers weren't part of the main slate on either site on Sunday something happened where prices weren't adjusted because Springer simply shouldn't be priced this cheap. He's carved out a spot for himself in the rotation and has played 20+ minutes in three straight games. He's gotten better each game, culminating with a line of 10/5/2 with two 3's made in Sunday's win over the Nets. With the Sixers off to a fast start this year, and being 7.5-point favorites at home against a Cavaliers team missing their best player, Springer should see plenty of run whether the game is close or not.

Also Consider: Tyrese Haliburton, ($10,400 DK; $10,300 FD); Max Strus, (if LeVert is out) ($6,200 DK, $6,200 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks
Kevin Durant, PHX vs POR – PF ($10,000 DK; $10,200 FD)
Durant is coming off two monster games in Utah, including a few huge shots and a near triple-double in Sunday's 2OT win. He and Devin Booker will continue to handle as much as they possibly can offensively which makes his role extremely safe. There is definitely blowout potential in this game; as indicated by the Suns being 13.5-point home favorites. However, I actually think the Blazers will keep it closer than expected due to the Suns playing two extremely high-paced games in the mountains, and the Blazers looking to not embarrass themselves again after losing by 43 to OKC on Sunday.

Bruce Brown, IND @ ATL – PG/SF ($5,500 DK; $5,300 FD)
Brown is a player who thrives in transition as both a ballhandler and attacking the rim. Brown's biggest knock as a player has always been his scoring ability, but these teams rank No. 1 (Pacers - 26.9) and No. 2 (Hawks - 26.7) in transition points per game. This should give Brown plenty of opportunity to get out on the fast break where he excels on both sides of the ball.
Saddiq Bey, ATL vs IND – PF ($4,600 DK; $5,100 FD)
Bey has scored 16+ points, played 27+ minutes, and has posted 25+ fantasy points in three straight games. He's shooting the ball well right now (more than two 3's in four straight games), and if this game environment lives up to the hype he could be in line for another big outing as a cheap option in a game that's sure to be widely popular.
Also Consider: Lauri Markkanen, ($8,400 DK; $8,600 FD); Buddy Hield, ($5,600 DK; $4,900 FD)
DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks
Anthony Davis, LAL vs UTA– C ($9,700 DK; $10,800 FD)
Davis gets a positive matchup with the Jazz who currently rank 23rd against Centers, and are still without defensive anchor Walker Kessler. Davis is a good play if the Lakers are fully healthy, but I have a suspicion LeBron James might sit tonight. In Davis' injury report, he's listed as probable, but in LeBron's, he's listed as questionable. LeBron just played 40 minutes on Sunday, and this is the first game of a back-to-back. The Lakers' next opponent is the Mavericks, and I think it makes too much sense for James to rest tonight to be ready to duel Luka and Kyrie tomorrow night.
Clint Capela, ATL vs IND – C ($5,700 DK; $5,800 FD)
Capela has been remarkably consistent with his fantasy scoring this season but lacks the oomph to get over the top and go nuclear. Typically a lock to grab 10+ rebounds, sometimes Capela doesn't score enough to get his double-double, which is a big deal for DFS. The Pacers rank dead last against Cs this year, and with this game projecting so highly, I would be pretty surprised if he can't get over the double-double hump tonight.
Also Consider: Deandre Ayton, ($6,900 DK; $7,200 FD)
