Jakobi Meyers More Involved In Week 11 Loss
1 year agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers caught four of his five targets for 49 yards in the loss to the Miami Dolphins. With rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell remaining the starter, Meyers accrued the second-most receiving yards on the team despite being guarded by Jalen Ramsey. The Raiders wide receiver was often out-performing Davante Adams earlier in the season, but that has shifted with the benching of Jimmy Garoppolo. Meyers will face the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12. The Chiefs secondary is among the most improved in the league, and this should be a tough matchup for the Raiders WR2. Meyers should continue to be considered a low-end WR2/flex play this week against the Chiefs.
