Derrick Rose Sitting Against Boston
1 year agoMemphis Grizzlies guard Derrick Rose (knee) won't play in Sunday's game against the Boston Celtics. The veteran returned from a seven-game absence on Saturday night versus the San Antonio Spurs, finishing with nine points in 14 minutes. But he'll get the night off to rest, meaning the Grizzlies will be even more shorthanded. As a result, Desmond Bane and Jacob Gilyard should absorb most of the backcourt minutes. However, guys like Ziaire Williams and Santi Aldama could benefit from a production standpoint.
