1 year agoAtlanta Braves starting pitcher Kyle Wright (shoulder) has been traded to the Kansas City Royals on Friday. This is an interesting move considering Wright is expected to miss the entire 2024 campaign while recovering from shoulder surgery. When healthy, Wright has normally been a viable option, so the Royals are banking on his long term potential. In exchange for Wright, the Royals sent right-hander Jackson Kowar over to Atlanta. This trade won't have much of an impact on fantasy baseball this upcoming season. Both pitchers probably won't contribute much on their new teams in 2024.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
