ANALYSIS: As the Los Angeles Rams come off their bye week, star quarterback Matthew Stafford is set to return from a thumb injury that kept him out of L.A.'s Week 9 loss to the Green Bay Packers.

While the veteran gunslinger has been rock-solid for the Rams under center this year, his good play hasn't translated to huge fantasy success. Stafford currently stands as the overall fantasy QB21. In addition to the fact that he's a prototypical pocket passer who has virtually no production on the ground, Stafford's lack of fantasy firepower can be attributed to his shortage of passing TDs (eight) this season.
He could be in for some positive regression in that area and he draws a comfortable matchup against a Seattle Seahawks unit that he torched for 334 passing yards in Week 1. Stafford's arm remains lively and he has a quality group of pass catchers at his disposal, so there's some underlying fantasy upside that comes with rostering him. He can be considered a QB2 that's a viable streamer in Week 11.
