Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups - Top Fantasy Football WR Adds for Week 11 include Brandin Cooks, Demario Douglas, Noah Brown

Noah Brown - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Justin Carter's fantasy football WR waiver wire pickups for Week 11 of the 2023 NFL season. His free agent wide receivers to add, stream, and stash off waivers.

With last week in the rearview, it's time to look ahead to Week 11 with our wide receiver fantasy football waiver wire pickups. There are some good upside wide receivers out there on the waiver wire, so this is a good chance for you to bolster your fantasy lineup.

Below, you'll find some wide receivers that you should be targeting on the fantasy football waiver wire ahead of Week 11. Not all of these waiver wire options are the same. Some players may be better in PPR or deeper leagues, so it’s not a one-size-fits-all comparison. Use your best judgment when deciding which of these players is the right fit for your roster.

Be sure to also check out our Waiver Wire Adds for Week 11 for help at all the skill positions. All players on this list are around 50% rostered or below.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Pickups For Week 11

Brandin Cooks, Dallas Cowboys - 38% rostered

After a disappointing performance last week that saw him catch just one pass for seven yards, Brandin Cooks was electric this week, catching nine of his 10 targets for 173 yards and a touchdown. It was his best game since joining the team and now gives Cooks a touchdown in three of the past four games. He's got some cushy matchups ahead of him and should be viewed as the third option in a strong passing attack. I'm not sold on his consistency yet, but I expect some more good games down the line for Cooks.

Noah Brown, Houston Texans - 24% rostered

For the second game in a row, Noah Brown had over 150 receiving yards. After catching six passes last week for 153 yards and a score, he caught seven passes for 172 yards this week and was targeted eight times. Sure, Nico Collins being out contributed to that, but this game was proof that Brown's Week 9 showing wasn't a fluke. He's earned a sizable role in this offense going forward, though I'm not sure how things will look when Collins returns.

Demario Douglas, New England Patriots - 36% rostered

Demario Douglas saw a career-high nine targets as he's taken up the mantle of No. 1 receiver for this Patriots team. He wound up catching six of them for 84 yards. The big question mark here is less about Douglas and more about the Patriots' quarterback situation going forward. Mac Jones was benched on the final drive of the game for Bailey Zappe. If Zappe ends up as the starter, will he target Douglas as much as Jones has been? I mean...probably, especially with a bye week coming up for the Patriots to use for figuring things out.

Jayden Reed, Green Bay Packers - 21% rostered

The presumed No. 1 and No. 2 receivers in Green Bay, Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs, continue to struggle, though Doubs did manage a touchdown on Sunday. Meanwhile, Jayden Reed had five catches for 84 yards and a touchdown against Pittsburgh, marking the second time in the last three games that he's finished with 80-plus receiving yards. The rookie has a chance to carve out an even larger role going forward, though the inconsistency of this Packers passing attack is concerning.

Quentin Johnston, Los Angeles Chargers - 29% rostered

The good news this week for Quentin Johnston? He caught his first NFL touchdown. The bad news? He still had just 34 yards on four receptions. The explosive numbers just haven't come yet, though Johnston finding the end zone is at least an encouraging sign for his production going forward.

Elijah Moore, Cleveland Browns - 42% rostered

Acquired this offseason by the Browns, former Jets receiver Elijah Moore just hasn't really put up the season that many anticipated he'd have. This week, he caught his first touchdown of the year, catching five of his seven targets for 44 yards. If Deshaun Watson continues to show improvement, there's upside here for Moore as the No. 2 receiver on this Browns team, but I'd like to see him produce next week before I put him higher on a list of waiver priorities.

Wide Receiver Deeper League Pickups For Week 11

Trenton Irwin, Cincinnati Bengals - 8% rostered

Trenton Irwin was targeted four times this week, catching two of those passes for 54 yards and a score. He saw an increase in usage because Tee Higgins was out with a hamstring injury. I'd say that if Higgins is back in Week 11, there's no fantasy appeal here, but if Higgins misses another game, Irwin is playable as a deep-league flex option.

Jalen Guyton, Los Angeles Chargers - 0% rostered

Jalen Guyton tore his ACL last year, then returned last week and saw two targets. This week, he played a larger role, as he caught four of his six targets for 41 yards and a touchdown. He's been on the field a good bit since returning and definitely could have some more big games, but I'm not ready to go heavy on adding Guyton in most formats. In a 14-team league, though? Yes, pick him up.

Kyle Philips, Tennessee Titans - 1% rostered

Last week, Kyle Philips was targeted five times, catching four of those for 68 yards. It was exciting to finally see Philips getting some targets in the NFL, but I wasn't sure if it was a one-time thing or not. Well, Will Levis looked his way five times again this week, with Philips catching three passes for 61 yards. It looks like there's some chemistry here between Levis and Philips, making the wideout worth a look in deeper leagues.

Rondale Moore, Arizona Cardinals - 9% rostered

With Kyler Murray back in the lineup, the Cardinals continued a trend they'd had all year of targeting tight ends, as Trey McBride led the team in targets, receptions, and receiving yards. Second on the team in targets, though? Rondale Moore, as the ball went his way eight times. He brought in five of those passes for 43 yards. It was the most targets that Moore's seen all season. I don't really know if we should read a lot into this or not, but there's clearly more upside here for Moore now that Murray is playing than there was before.

Jonathan Mingo, Carolina Panthers - 7% rostered

I liked seeing Jonathan Mingo get his most targets since Week 5 this week, as the ball came his way seven times on Thursday night. However, that didn't really result in much production as he caught just three passes for 20 yards. I'm vaguely intrigued in deep leagues because of the targets, but Mingo's probably a last choice for me on the wire.
