Josh Jacobs Looking To Build On Dominant Performance
1 year agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs rushed for 98 yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries on Sunday against the New York Giants. Last year's rushing champ has not been as efficient this season, but he has made up for that with immense volume. This week, the Raiders take on the New York Jets, who have given up 4.3 yards per carry this season. Jacobs has one of the most significant workloads of any running back in the NFL, and that should help him produce in this matchup. Jacobs should continue to be heavily involved with the new coaching staff and rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell running the offense. Given the strength of the Jets secondary, the Raiders could opt for a run-heavy approach in this contest. Jacobs is a solid RB1 with upside against the Jets this week.
