1 year agoPhiladelphia Flyers goaltender Carter Hart will be back in goal for Friday's contest against the Anaheim Ducks, as per head coach John Tortorella. The 25-year-old has been dealing with a back issue and has not appeared since allowing two goals on five shots in just 10 minutes of work in a Nov. 1 contest against the Buffalo Sabres, an eventual 5-2 defeat. Hart has otherwise enjoyed a solid season, working to a 2.52 goals-against average and a .913 save percentage across eight starts, going 4-3-0 in the process. Samuel Ersson has seen the bulk of playing time in Hart's absence while the club promoted Cal Petersen from the AHL's Lehigh Valley Phantoms.--Brenton Kemp
