Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore ranks eighth among all wideouts in total half-PPR fantasy points this season. He has flourished since being traded from the Carolina Panthers and looked like a league-winning fantasy pick early in the season.
However, after the injury to Justin Fields (thumb), his production has been on a sharp decline -- making him go from a must-start wideout to a shaky flex option. In Week 10, his outlook is no different.
Should you start DJ Moore in Week 10? What's his fantasy football outlook? Let's dive in.

DJ Moore Fantasy Football Outlook
Moore began the season with weekly finishes as the WR73, WR28, WR32, WR6, and WR1. He was beginning to heat up before Justin Fields suffered a dislocated thumb in the Week 6 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
From Week 6 on, Moore has failed to score double-digit fantasy points in half-PPR formats.
In three games started by undrafted rookie Tyson Bagent, Moore has averaged 5.0 receptions for 51 yards, and he has not scored a touchdown. Fields is listed as doubtful to face the Carolina Panthers on Thursday Night Football, so Moore could be in for another bust performance. Carolina has surrendered the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season. However, cornerback C.J. Henderson (concussion) and safety Xavier Woods (thigh) could both be inactive for this NFC contest.
Should I Start DJ Moore in Week 10?
If you're loaded with wide receiver talent, it makes sense to bench DJ Moore on Thursday night. Although it's always fun to bank on a "revenge" game for the former Panthers' wideout, it's not a good idea to chase that narrative.
However, with key wide receivers including Tyreek Hill, A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Cooper Kupp, and Puka Nacua on a bye this week, there are plenty of fantasy managers that need Moore to produce this week.
The three-time 1,000-yard receiver can turn a short pass into a long touchdown, so consider him a boom-or-bust play to begin the Week 10 slate.
