1 year agoThe San Jose Sharks acquired defenseman Calen Addison from the Minnesota Wild on Wednesday. The return is a 2026 fifth-round pick and depth prospect Adam Raska, which seems light given Addison's prospect pedigree and the fact he was on Minnesota's top powerplay. He did struggle at five-on-five and wasn't playing many minutes, so the trade could be good for the 23-year-old since he should get more opportunity in San Jose. Expect him to take over the first powerplay quarterback role immediately. He is a deeper league option in points-only fantasy leagues.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
