1 year agoNew Orleans Pelicans guard CJ McCollum was diagnosed with a small pneumothorax in his right lung after the team had some medical imaging done on Sunday morning. The Pelicans have announced that he will undergo an additional examination in 48 hours to determine the healing and see how long he might be out. Since it was diagnosed as a small collapsed lung, this issue could just be monitored until the excess air is absorbed, which could take up to several weeks.
