The bulk of the Week 9 NFL slate is finally here, meaning it's time for fantasy managers to make tough, last-minute start 'em, sit 'em decisions. Chuba Hubbard, Zack Moss, and D.J. Moore are all hot names ahead of Sunday's games.
All three players are looking to have big Week 9 showings. Can they make it happen?

Should I Start Chuba Hubbard for Fantasy Football?
Last week, Chuba Hubbard was mostly shut down by the Texans defense, who held him to 28 rushing yards on 15 attempts. He also added two receptions for 26 yards.
The week before, Hubbard had 19 carries for 88 yards. While Hubbard appears to have claimed the starting role over Miles Sanders, his production is likely to be a little inconsistent from game to game. Fantasy managers should treat him as a risky RB2 option.
He is the RB15 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Zack Moss for Fantasy Football?
After a slow start to his return to the field, Jonathan Taylor had a season-high 95 rushing yards last week on 12 carries. That didn't stop Zack Moss from getting involved though, as he had 11 carries for 66 yards and a score.
The Colts seem intent on using both running backs, so Moss retains solid fantasy value even with Taylor taking over more and more. He's found the end zone in three of the past four games and should be viewed as a low-end RB2 against the Panthers with upside against a porous run defense.
He is the RB20 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start D.J. Moore for Fantasy Football?
D.J. Moore finally began to break out, but then quarterback Justin Fields was injured. In Fields' last full game, Moore had 230 receiving yards. In the three games since, he's had 51, 54, and 55.
Moore should get a handful of looks, but he lacks the game-changing upside that he usually has as long as Tyson Bagent is starting at QB. Consider him a high-end WR3 option.
He is the WR29 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
