We have another action-packed prime-time slate for Week 10 of the 2023 season. There are only seven games on the docket but all of them include at least one explosive offense. It doesn't get much better than this!
We kick off in Morgantown with BYU making the Big 12(14) rounds. Kansas is in Ames to take on the Cyclones. We have Kentucky heading to StarkVegas to take on the Bulldogs. Washington heads to the coliseum to take on the maligned USC defense. Purdue heads into the Big House for Michigan's toughest opponent yet. We're not done yet! LSU is in Tuscaloosa for an old-school showdown. We end in Raleigh with the Hurricanes in town to take on the Pack.
In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/4/23, locking at 7 PM Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Michael Penix, Washington ($10,600)
This spells DFS onslaught. It's impossible to afford both Penix and Caleb Williams, so I'm going with the guy against the awful defense. Sometimes DFS really is that simple.
Devin Leary, Kentucky ($6,000)
Leary had by far his best game of the year against Tennessee and his price dropped $200. Make it make sense! Leary looked far less lost last week and the Bulldogs' defense hasn't played well for much of the season. I'll believe in Leary once more at this price.
Also consider: Caleb Williams, USC ($10,700); J.J. McCarthy, Michigan ($8,700); Rocco Becht, Iowa State ($5,300)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Ray Davis, Kentucky ($7,600)
It's going to be difficult to get Davis along with one of the top three quarterbacks in a lineup. Davis and Leary on the other hand...we could be on to something. For me this is as simple as quarterback is: Davis's workload has remained largely the same no matter the game script and outcome of the game. Dillon Johnson's is all over the place. I'm taking the sure thing.
CJ Donaldson, West Virginia ($6,200)
Donaldson might be the most versatile Mountaineers player and he's built like a bowling ball. He plows through defenders. Donaldson has at least one touchdown in every game against FBS competition. He should have a lot of running room against BYU.
Also consider: Dillon Johnson, Washington ($7,300); Devin Neal, Kansas ($6,800); Ajay Allen, Miami ($4,900)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
Ja'Lynn Polk, Washington ($7,700)
I don't know that I subscribe to the theory that Polk's value is tied to whether Jalen McMillan plays or not. Polk has at least 100 yards in all but two games this season. Rome Odunze has only topped that mark once since Week 4. It seems to me that Odunze would benefit more if McMillan plays and Polk's output is mostly independent of both of them.
Brenden Rice, USC ($6,400)
Let's quit pretending that Washington's defense is elite. They have given up their share of big plays this season as well. That leads me to Rice, who is always in or near the end zone. Caleb Williams trusts him because Rice, like his pops, has great hands.
Dane Key, Kentucky ($4,800)
If I'm betting that Leary has turned a corner, I'm doubling down with Key. He hauled in seven passes for 113 yards last week. There's no reason he can't do that again against the Mississippi State defense.
Jayden Higgins, Iowa State ($4,300)
We need value with all of the expensive players on this slate. Higgins has 11 receptions for 246 yards and a score over the last two games. Rocco Becht is looking to him all the time of late. Look for another strong game out of Higgins.
Also consider: Malik Nabers, LSU ($8,900); Xavier Restrepo, Miami ($7,300); Kevin Concepcion, North Carolina State ($6,300); Jaylin Noel, Iowa State ($5,500); Jacolby George, Miami ($4,800)
DraftKings CFB Stacks:
Washington
USC is giving up a ton of points and yards. It's really hard to stack Penix with two receivers, but that task becomes possible if Jalen McMillan is listed as a starter. Stay tuned! If you want to separate your stack, add in Dillon Johnson. He won't be a popular piece.
Kentucky
If you really believe that Kentucky is the team that they showed last week against Tennessee, throw in a Leary-Key-Ray Davis stack. You won't need to get different because most people will leave that alone.
Also consider: West Virginia, USC
