The In-Season Tournament begins Friday with seven games set to be played across the NBA. Among the exciting matchups will be the Nuggets hosting the Mavericks and the Knicks taking on the Bucks. The Bucks will be particularly interesting to watch, given their defensive struggles that have seen them give up 122.0 points per game.
Injuries will once again play a prominent role in the slate. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (knee) will not take the floor for the Thunder, while Cameron Johnson (calf) and Nic Claxton (ankle) remain out for the Nets. Among the notable players who are listed as questionable include Kyrie Irving (foot), Tyrese Haliburton (ankle) and Darius Garland (hamstring).
This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 11/3/23. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome new NBA injuries report tool, as the slate can completely change before lineups lock at 7:00 pm EST.

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks
Tyler Herro, MIA vs. WAS – PG/SG ($8,100 DK; $7,800 FD)
The Heat waiting for the Damian Lillard situation to play out and ultimately not land him has proven costly. They missed out on most of free agency, leaving them with questionable depth that has them off to a 1-4 start. From a fantasy standpoint, their current situation is actually a boost to Herro. They need him to do a lot to have any chance of winning, and he has responded with averages of 26.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists, and 3.8 three-pointers per game. Look for him to torch a Wizards team that has the third-worst defensive rating in the league.
Shaedon Sharpe, POR vs. MEM – SG/SF ($7,300 DK; $7,100 FD)
Anfernee Simons (thumb) and Scoot Henderson (ankle) have been ruled out, putting the Trail Blazers in a tough spot against the Grizzlies. They have already been relying heavily on Sharpe, who has provided 20.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.4 three-pointers over 37 minutes per game. Expect him to remain busy in this matchup with no reinforcements coming.
Tim Hardaway Jr., DAL at DEN – SG/SF ($5,500 DK; $5,700 FD)
Irving has missed the last two games for the Mavericks. With him out, Hardaway scored at least 21 points and hit at least three three-pointers in both games. Even if Irving does make his return, Hardaway can still provide value at his cheap salary on both sites. In the two games that he played alongside a healthy Irving, he averaged 18.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.0 three-pointers.
Others to consider: Luka Doncic, DAL at DEN – PG ($13,000 DK; $12,500 FD); Josh Giddey, OKC vs. GS – PG/SG ($8,400 DK, $7,900 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks
Jaren Jackson Jr., MEM at POR – PF/C ($8,500 DK; $8,500 FD)
This is a must-win for the 0-5 Grizzlies. The Ja Morant suspension and injuries to their frontcourt have left a lot of responsibilities on the shoulder of Jackson. He has responded by putting up 18.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 2.4 blocks, and 1.6 three-pointers across his first five games. While he can find himself in foul trouble with his aggressive style of play on defense, this matchup might be too good to ignore.
Jalen Williams, OKC vs. GS – SF/PF/SG ($6,500 DK; $6,700 FD)
No one player will be able to make up for the absence of Gilgeous-Alexander, who is averaging 24.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 6.6 assists per game. However, someone who should step into a larger role is Williams. During a five-game stretch that Gilgeous-Alexander missed from February into March last season, Williams averaged 21.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists, and 2.4 steals per game.
Toumani Camara, POR vs. MEM – SF/PF ($3,700 DK; $3,800 FD)
Camara was selected with the 22nd pick of the second round in this year’s draft. There has been no hesitation to play him, part of which can be attributed to their injury situation on the Trail Blazers. While he hasn’t had a breakout performance, he did log exactly seven rebounds in both of the last two games. In the game before those two, he scored 12 points over 28 minutes against the 76ers. Given how cheap his salary is, he doesn’t need to do much to provide value, making him someone to at least consider in tournament play.
Others to consider: Ben Simmons, BKN at CHI – SF/PF/PG ($7,000 DK; $7,000 FD); Luguentz Dort, OKC vs. GS – SF/SG ($5,600 DK; $4,800 FD)
DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks
Nikola Jokic, DEN vs. DAL – C ($12,000; $11,900 FD)
Jokic (back) enters the day with a probable designation, so expect him to take the floor. He’s a great option in DFS whenever the Nuggets are in action, but he’s been particularly valuable at home. Last season, he averaged 24.8 points, 13.1 rebounds, and 11.1 assists at home. Nothing has changed this season with him recording a triple-double in both of their home games.
Nikola Vucevic, CHI vs. BKN – C ($7,500 DK; $8,100 FD)
The Nets have been forced to play small because of the Claxton injury. Some teams might counter that with a small lineup of their own, but don’t count on the Bulls to do that. Patrick Williams has struggled mightily, and as tough as Torrey Craig can be on the defensive end, it would be a surprise to see the Bulls roll with him at the five for any significant stretch. Coming off a 21-point, 20-rebound performance against the Mavericks on Wednesday, Vucevic could feast in this matchup.
Deandre Ayton, POR vs. MEM ($6,600 DK; $7,700 FD)
The Trail Blazers were blown out in a couple of their first games, which has skewed Ayton’s playing time stats a bit. In their three games that have been decided by 10 or fewer points, he has averaged 13.3 points and 16.3 rebounds. Considering how poorly the Grizzlies have played, the Trail Blazers should be able to keep this close enough that Ayton at least approaches 30 minutes, if not surpasses it.
Others to consider: Bam Adebayo, MIA vs. WAS - C ($8,300 DK; $8,400 FD), Xavier Tillman, MEM at POR - C ($5,900 DK; $5,400 FD)
