Tyjae Spears Remains Deep League Dart Throw
1 year agoTennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears has rushed 34 times for 198 yards (5.8 YPC) and a touchdown and caught 18 of his 24 targets for 120 yards through the first seven games of his NFL career. The rookie looks explosive and has been efficient, but he doesn't have fantasy viability behind Derrick Henry every week. The Tulane product could see additional targets if DeAndre Hopkins (toe) is out for the Thursday Night contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, he would still have a low floor. Spears, who was taken off the injury report after being limited with an ankle injury this week, is best utilized as a deep league desperation flex play in PPR formats.
