With the Raiders likely headed toward a lost season, the organization likely wants to see what it has in the rookie signal-caller from Purdue before the season ends. This means Jimmy Garoppolo could be headed for the bench, and his time with the Raiders could end after just one season. Fantasy managers in two-QB and superflex leagues should pick up O'Connell, but he's unlikely to enter the fantasy radar in single-QB formats.
