Derrick Henry Even More Of A Long Shot To Be Traded
1 year agoThe unlikely chances of Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry being traded before the league's deadline on Tuesday took another hit on Monday when the deadline passed for him to restructure his contract. Henry has $5.5 million left on his deal. "I don't think it's going to happen," a source said. Something crazy could still happen, but a restructured deal would have been a clear sign that a trade of King Henry was more likely to go down. The 29-year-old should remain with Tennessee for the remainder of the 2023 season, where he will continue to be a must-start fantasy RB on a weekly basis. Henry hasn't been quite as dominant as he's been in years past, but he's currently the RB13 in half-PPR scoring through eight weeks of the season.
