Miami Dolphins defensive back Jalen Ramsey (knee) has been officially activated off the injured reserve on Saturday. The six-time All-Pro is expected to make his team debut versus the New England Patriots in Week 8. The 29-year-old is a difference maker when healthy, so his presence should be a significant boost for this Dolphins defense. The Miami secondary is banged up with Xavien Howard (groin), and safety Jevon Holland (concussion) both questionable for this contest.
