Nine gameweeks down, 29 more to go. Crystal Palace and Spurs kick us off on Friday night before a Saturday slate of slightly unspectacular games. Arsenal against Sheffield United is the big one to watch. Everything is an appetizer to the main course of the Manchester derby on Sunday afternoon as the Red Devils look to beat the Citizens at Old Trafford in back-to-back seasons for the first time since the 2010/11 season.
The Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 10 deadline is 1:30 PM EST on Friday, October 27, for the London derby between Crystal Palace and Tottenham. Also, look out for the rest of our excellent soccer coverage as the squad gets you all set for every English Premier League, Major League Soccer, and UEFA Champions League slate from a DFS and betting perspective.

Fantasy Premier League - Gameweek 10 Rankings
Our weekly rankings highlight players who could be worth a punt in your Fantasy Premier League squad. While the rankings will be filled with familiar names, a low-owned player with an easy fixture will rise up the one-week charts. For each gameweek, we will provide our top 15 goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards. These can also be applied as DFS rankings for your weekend contests.
Gameweek 9 Fantasy Premier League High Scorers
- Goalkeeper: Alisson Becker, Liverpool - 8 points
- Defender: Diogo Dalot, Manchester United - 11 points
- Midfielder: Jacob Murphy, Newcastle - 17 points
- Forward: Chris Wood, Nottingham Forest - 13 points
FPL Goalkeepers - Gameweek 10 Rankings
- Alisson Becker came through with a clean sheet in the Merseyside derby last weekend and has another favorable fixture against Nottingham Forest in Gameweek 10. In Gameweek 9, he led all goalkeepers with eight points and is fifth at the position this year with 35 points. Liverpool's upcoming fixtures are incredibly clean-sheet friendly and make Alisson a fantastic differential for Fantasy Premier League managers.
- Alphonse Areola is an extremely popular keeper on Gameweek 10 Wildcards, and it's justified. A home game against Everton screams clean-sheet potential. In four home games for the West Ham keeper, he averages 4.25 points compared to 2.6 on the road.

FPL Defenders - Gameweek 10 Rankings
- It's a challenging debate between Trent Alexander-Arnold and Kieran Trippier for best defender of the week. Trippier is obviously in superior form, but Wolves is rather frisky at the moment and can produce a moment of magic at any time. Nottingham Forest will be a little easier to deal with for TAA, and he has a better front line to convert the chances he creates. Trippier is the long-term pick because he's done it for five weeks, but Alexander-Arnold is worth a one-week punt.
- Speaking of Newcastle, they tore Sheffield United apart from set pieces earlier in the season. It makes Saliba and Gabriel viable picks from the Arsenal defense this weekend. Both are good in the air and can get on the end of superb service from Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, and Ben White. With a six-point floor in the making, both Gunners would be in my Gameweek 10 Wildcard thoughts.

FPL Midfielders - Gameweek 10 Rankings
- As you can see, the model predicts excellent things for Arsenal against Sheffield United. Their three leading midfielders, Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, and Gabriel Martinelli, are all expected to score at least 5.6 points. Martinelli looked very sharp in Tuesday's game against Sevilla, but a late injury to Gabriel Jesus may ruin the party. If Eddie Nketiah starts, he lowers the ceiling of Saka and Martinelli. Still, investing in Arsenal will get you a solid return in Gameweek 10 and future gameweeks.
- After a Monday night game versus Fulham, Spurs has to turn around and kick off the gameweek on Friday night. That feels a bit harsh, but it's not enough to deter FPL managers from playing James Maddison and Son Heung-min. Both Tottenham attackers bagged a goal on Monday night and have strong chances to grab at least one more attacking return against Crystal Palace.

FPL Forwards - Gameweek 10 Rankings
- It's not very often you see Erling Haalnd below someone on the Gameweek rankings, but Ollie Watkins has knocked him off that perch. Watkins has a home date with Luton Town on Sunday, while Haaland must play in the Manchester derby. The Aston Villa forward has four goals and six assists at home this year and is a terrific differential captaincy option for Gameweek 10.
- Gabriel Jesus remains on this list but seemed to pick up a hamstring injury against Sevilla on Tuesday. Eddie Nketiah would slot in as the natural replacement but wouldn't receive as many predicted points. It would be surprising to see Jesus in the starting 11 this weekend, and we may need to temper our expectations for all the Gunners against Sheffield United.
