1 year agoDetroit Red Wings defenseman Jeff Petry is battling an upper-body injury and won't feature Tuesday against Seattle. The veteran rearguard will sit out his third game already this season after being scratched for a couple of games. Petry is considered day-to-day by the team. His fantasy value already took a hit when it turned out that Detroit doesn't see Petry as a regular in the lineup anymore, and the injury is another blow to his stock. Petry's next opportunity to jump back into the lineup comes on Thursday against Winnipeg. Forward Klim Kostin (undisclosed) will also remain out on Tuesday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
