1 year agoChicago Bears wide receiver Darnell Mooney is off to a slow start in 2023, which continued with his two-catch, 48-yard, and no-touchdown performance in their 19-13 loss to the Vikings. The 25-year-old has only received more than four targets in a game once this year and has gained over 50 yards on just three occasions. He hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 1, and his situation is unlikely to improve with starting quarterback Justin Fields (thumb) ruled out for Sunday's game against Las Vegas. The Raiders currently rank 23rd in points allowed to wide receivers, and it appears Tyson Bagent will be the one targeting Mooney. Week 7 doesn't seem favorable for Mooney to turn things around, so fantasy managers may want to leave him on the bench this week.--Tony Camino - RotoBaller
