Leo Carlsson Ready For NHL Debut Thursday
1 year agoAnaheim Ducks center Leo Carlsson (lower body) will make his NHL debut in Thursday's matchup against Dallas. The second pick of this year's draft had his debut delayed by a lower-body injury but is now ready to go. The 18-year-old, who will become the third-youngest player ever to appear for the Ducks in a regular-season contest, had only one point in five preseason outings and might need some time to adjust to his new surroundings. But Anaheim has high hopes for him, and the team should give Carlsson every opportunity to succeed.
