1 year agoWashington Capitals goaltender Darcy Kuemper will start on Monday against the Calgary Flames. Kuemper will make his season debut after missing Saturday's game against the Pittsburgh Penguins to be with his wife for the birth of their son. Kuemper went 22-26-7 last season with a 2.85 GAA and .909 SV%, numbers which he should more or less repeat this season with an aging Capitals team that might be on the verge of a rebuild. Still, he is a solid number two goalie for fantasy hockey that should provide a ton of volume.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
