Chris Buescher Finishes 11th At Las Vegas
1 year agoOn Sunday afternoon, Chris Buescher finished 11th in the South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and now sits seventh in the playoff standings. Entering the weekend, expectations for the No. 17 were lower than they had been in previous weeks, as Las Vegas is a track that he has struggled at throughout his Cup career. With that said, despite expectations being lowered, Buescher was still able to draw an impressive 15.39% ownership on DraftKings, which was higher than Martin Truex Jr., Tyler Reddick, Christopher Bell, and Ryan Blaney. Unfortunately for those 15.39%, the RFK Racing star failed to deliver value as he was only able to earn 26.45 points in the contest. Buescher will now turn his focus to Homestead, as he has a lot of ground to make up over the next two races.
