1 year agoMichael McDowell begins the South Point 400 from the 18th position on Sunday afternoon. There is only one problem with the Front Row Motorsports driver. McDowell has never finished above 17th on the 1.5-mile intermediate track. Michigan and Kansas have seen McDowell finish outside the top 20 three times in a row. Place differential is likely questionable at best so a DFS option is not likely here. A long afternoon for the No. 34 could be a reality. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
