Anyone who faced Ja'Marr Chase, Tyreek Hill, or DJ Moore in Week 5 is likely coming off a loss. While all three are talented wideouts, it's safe to say they all exceeded expectations in a big way.
Unfortunately, significant performances weren't the only things happening in Week 5, as several teams will be without their top offensive options for the foreseeable future. These absences will create more than a few value opportunities, giving fantasy managers added flexibility regarding roster construction.
In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 6 daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel. These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 6 DFS Lineup Picks
Joe Burrow – vs. SEA ($7,500)
After Cincinnati's first four games, many of Burrow's fantasy managers had nearly lost all hope. A lot of people had already started benching him. Yet, the ones who kept the 2020 No. 1 overall pick in their lineup in Week 5 were rewarded with a fantastic performance.
Burrow, who had only two touchdown passes heading into Sunday's meeting with Arizona, finished with three in that one. He also accumulated 317 passing yards while completing an impressive 78.3% of his attempts. Burrow appears to be back on track after his rough start to the 2023-24 campaign, making him an ideal option versus Seattle in Week 6.
Matthew Stafford – vs. ARI ($7,300)
Stafford has been intermittently productive through five weeks. He has thrown over 300 yards in three of the Rams' five games. On the other hand, the 35-year-old has five interceptions and has only completed 61.1% of his passing attempts. In all fairness, Stafford hasn't had Cooper Kupp on the field for most of the year. However, with Kupp and 2023 fifth-round pick Puka Nacua available at the same time, Stafford could have a strong showing in Week 6 against a lousy Cardinals defense.
Also Consider: Tua Tagovailoa ($8,300), Kirk Cousins ($8,000)
FanDuel Running Backs - Week 6 DFS Lineup Picks
Raheem Mostert – vs. CAR ($8,500)
Mostert and De'Von Achane combined for 12 touchdowns in the last three games. Sadly, Achane will sit a minimum of four games while recovering from a knee ailment, resulting in Chris Brooks, Salvon Ahmed, or Jeff Wilson Jr. potentially entering the equation. But if anything, the rookie’s absence likely means Mostert will get more snaps out of the backfield in Week 6 against the Panthers, a team that's surrendered eight touchdowns to opposing running backs in 2023.
Alexander Mattison - @ CHI ($6,900)
Justin Jefferson landed on the injured reserve list on Tuesday due to the hamstring injury suffered in the loss to Kansas City. As a result, the All-Pro will miss time, meaning targets will be up for grabs. Although T.J. Hockenson, K.J. Osborn, and possibly Jordan Addison (ankle) should see more attention from Kirk Cousins while Jefferson is out, Mattison could benefit more than most realize.
The 2019 third-round pick is a capable pass-catcher. He has drawn seven targets inside the red zone this season, the most of any back in the NFL. Out of those seven, two have resulted in a score. Due to Mattison's red zone prowess, he could thrive against a Bears defense that's struggled to stop anyone inside the 20-yard line through the first five weeks.
Craig Reynolds - @ TB ($4,900)
Reynolds only logged 13 snaps against the Carolina Panthers. Still, he made the most of his limited time on the field behind David Montgomery by finishing with seven carries for 52 yards and a touchdown. Jahmyr Gibbs could miss another game in Week 6. If so, Reynolds will emerge as an ideal value option for tournament participants.
Also Consider: Kyren Williams ($8,200), David Montgomery ($8,100), Travis Etienne Jr. ($7,700), Jeff Wilson Jr. ($5,000 - GPP only)

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 6 DFS Lineup Picks
Ja'Marr Chase – vs. SEA ($9,300)
While it may not seem like it, Chase ranks second in the league in catches with 44, trailing Puka Nacua by two. Yet, despite the former LSU Tiger's volume, he didn't score in the first four weeks of the 2023-24 campaign. But that changed in the Week 5 meeting with the Arizona Cardinals, with Chase pulling in 15 of his 19 targets for nearly 200 yards.
He also had three touchdowns and narrowly missed out on a fourth. The Bengals offense looked back to normal, even with Tee Higgins sidelined. But Cincinnati will need Chase to stay involved to get to the top of the AFC North, so he should continue to receive plenty of attention from Joe Burrow, regardless of Higgins' availability.
Trenton Irwin – vs. SEA ($5,500)
Ja'Marr Chase wasn't the only Bengal getting love from Joe Burrow in Week 5, as Irwin was a big part of Cincinnati's offensive attack. With Tee Higgins on the shelf with a cracked rib, most had assumed Tyler Boyd would be the next man up. However, Irwin was the second-best receiver for the Bengals against the Cardinals, hauling in eight catches (10 targets) for 60 yards. The 27-year-old scored four touchdowns last season, so there is upside here versus the Seahawks, but only if Higgins misses another game.
Rondale Moore - @ LAR ($4,800)
With James Conner out with a knee injury, there's a massive void in the Cardinals backfield that needs filling. After Conner exited Sunday's meeting with the Bengals, Emari Demercado got some work, with the rookie amassing 10 carries for 45 yards. He also found the end zone for the first time in his young career. With that said, he should remain busy, even if Keaontay Ingram (neck) returns.
But even with Demercado and Ingram potentially available versus the Rams, Moore might still get a few touches as a de facto backfield option. The wideout has efficiently run the ball this year, averaging 14.5 yards per carry. While there is some risk here, Moore's ceiling is high enough in Week 6 for GPP consideration.
Also Consider: Tyreek Hill ($9,800), Cooper Kupp ($8,700), Jaylen Waddle ($6,800), Chris Godwin ($6,300), Michael Thomas ($5,900)
FanDuel Tight Ends - Week 6 DFS Lineup Picks
T.J. Hockenson - @ CHI ($6,700)
With so much volatility at tight end, Hockenson could be the safest option at the position in Week 6. Although Sam LaPorta is still a quality choice for any lineup, he's been dealing with a calf issue. The presumed return of Amon-Ra St. Brown also lowers LaPorta's projections.
But Hockenson was already a top target for Kirk Cousins this season, even before Jefferson went down. Look for him to stay heavily involved for the NFC North showdown with the Chicago Bears.
Also Consider: Evan Engram ($5,500)
