1 year agoDenver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray has become a key piece to the team's success, but due to injury, he hasn't exactly had a superstar breakout yet. Despite that fact, the team is prepared to offer him a supermax extension after this season. General manager Calvin Booth said, "We're anticipating that we're probably paying him the supermax. He'll probably make All-NBA." Last season, Murray posted averages of 20.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 6.2 assists, and 1.0 steals per game in his first year back from his ACL tear two seasons prior.
