ANALYSIS: Justice Hill carried just three times for 33 yards in the win over the Cleveland Browns. However, the 25-year-old was clearly limited coming off of a foot injury, and the Ravens dominated the game.
When fully healthy, he should split time with Gus Edwards as the primary back for a high-powered Ravens' rushing offense. He'll likely have plenty of down weeks because he's mostly dependent on touchdowns, but fantasy managers can use as much running back depth on their rosters as they can get.
His Week 5 opponent, the Pittsburgh Steelers, has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to running backs this season. Deep league fantasy managers can consider him a low-end flex option for the AFC North contest.
