1 year agoJ.J. Yeley avoided accidents, slower cars, and more in his Spring race at Talladega. The Rick Ware Racing driver started 38th and then ended up in 11th. Yeley flirted late and often with a top ten position before the race finished. The No. 51 car surprised a few people and qualified 27th on Saturday. Yeley had not had a top 20 results since Spring of 2015. If he can keep running, Yeley should gain positions almost by attrition on Sunday.
