Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill has been a contributor when the Ravens' starting running backs are injured, which is a frequent occurrence.
In Week 2, Hill rushed for 41 yards on 11 carries and caught three passes for 12 yards after J.K. Dobbins tore his Achilles in Week 1.
However, Hill was inactive in Week 2, and he appeared on the injury report with a foot injury. Will Justice Hill be ready for Week 4, and should you start him?

Justice Hill Injury Update
Hill missed practice on Wednesday. That's usually not a problem for veterans. But on Thursday, he was only able to get in limited participation. Fantasy managers who were planning on starting him were starting to get concerned. Would he be able to log a full practice?

Luckily, Justice Hill practiced in full on Friday. So he should be good to go on Sunday, right? Probably. He was still listed as "questionable" on the final injury report. But most players who are listed as questionable end up suiting up--especially if they got multiple practices in the previous week. In 2017, 87% of Ravens players who were "questionable" ended up playing.
Will Justice Hill Be Ready For Week 4?
There is optimism that Justice Hill will play in Week 4 in the team's critical matchup against the division-rival Cleveland Browns. The Ravens need all the help they can get at running back. He is listed as the RB1 on the current depth chart, and RB2 Gus Edwards suffered a concussion last week. They needed to call up Melvin Gordon and Kenyan Drake from the practice squad.
Yet the Ravens do not like to give Drake too many carries. He only carried the ball once for zero yards and caught two passes. He also lost a fumble. The Ravens would be more confident in utilizing Justice Hill if he is healthy.
Justice Hill Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook
Justice Hill is a nominal backup running back who is splitting carries and facing a divisional foe that ranks No. 1 or No. 2 in almost every defensive category. His matchup against the Cleveland Browns in Week 4 is a poor one.
Last week, Derrick Henry only ran for 20 yards against the Browns, and Hill is not better than Henry. Hill has only gained 50 yards on 11 carries this season. That's an average of 2.6 yards per carry. His teammate, Gus Edwards, is averaging 5.0 yards per carry. Edwards has cleared concussion protocol, so he will play on Sunday, and he might get more carries than Hill.
The Browns are only allowing 2.8 yards per carry, the second-fewest in the league, 52.0 yards per game, also second-fewest, and they have not allowed a single rushing touchdown. Neither Justice Hill nor Gus Edwards are quality starts in Week 4.
