Welcome to our PrizePicks MLB DFS prop picks for Tuesday, September 26, 2023. The 2023 MLB season is underway here at RotoBaller, and we have you covered with some terrific plays from our friends over at PrizePicks.
PrizePicks is a great DFS fantasy picks site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play.
On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money.
Announcement: We have two awesome new Props Optimizers for the MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, and NCAA! The PrizePicks Optimizer and Prop Bets Optimizer are both available in our new Props Premium Package, which includes exclusive access to RotoBaller's VIP Discord chat rooms for props and betting.
PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game.
The second game is known as Single Stat. For the MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props in which you determine if the pitcher in question will go over or under their projected strikeout total.
You can mix and match players from different types of games in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!

Kevin Gausman MORE than 7.5 strikeouts
Kevin Gausman has struck out more than 7.5 batters in two of his previous three starts, including a 10-strikeout performance against these Yankees in his most recent start on September 20. The Yankees are posting a 27.1% K rate vs. right-handers over the previous three weeks, which ranks second-worst in baseball over that span. Gausman will also be at home in this one where he has posted a 12.2 K/9 mark for the season, which is a full strikeout higher than his road number of 11.2.
Michael King MORE than 5.5 strikeouts
Micahel King has eclipsed this total in three straight starts, including a 13-strikeout performance against these Blue Jays in his most recent start. King has transitioned into a traditional starter role and has not allowed more than one earned run since doing so. Although he will be on the road in this start, he has still posted a very respectable 10.8 K/9 mark away from Yankee Stadium this season and should be able to get the job done here against the Blue Jays. King is also listed as one of the top 10 options for strikeouts on the PrizePicks Proptomizer this morning with nearly a 54% chance of hitting.
Zach Eflin MORE than 5.5 strikeouts
Zach Eflin has struck out at least six batters in five of his previous six starts, including a seven-strikeout performance against these Red Sox back on September 5. The Red Sox have posted a 27% K rate vs. right-handed pitchers over the previous three weeks, which ranks fourth-worst in baseball over that span. They are also posting a sub-8% walk rate as well as a wRC+ mark of just 82 over this same span, which should give Eflin some length in this one.
Other Recommendations: Lucas Giolito MORE than 6.5 strikeouts
