Week 3 of the 2023 NFL season is in the books. Let’s see how last week’s streaming kickers performed for fantasy players.
Brandon Aubrey was our top streaming kicker last week. He scored 11 fantasy points against the Arizona Cardinals, making him the 10th-highest scoring kicker of the week heading into the double-header Monday Night Football matchups. Hopefully, fantasy players had Aubrey on their team and got the Week 3 victory.
The only easy win came last week. So, let’s look at the top fantasy football kicker rankings, streamers, and starts for Week 4.

Streaming Kickers to Target in Week 4
All streamers in this article are rostered in under 60% of Yahoo leagues.
Jake Moody (SF) vs. Arizona Cardinals (57% Rostered)
This week is likely the last time fantasy players can stream Jake Moody, as the rookie is near the 60% rostered benchmark. The former Michigan star is one of the top fantasy kickers in the NFL this season, averaging 13.3 fantasy points per game. He scored 12 fantasy points in Week 3, making all three of his field goal attempts. More importantly, Moody has scored 12 or more fantasy points in every game. The rookie hasn’t missed a kick in his NFL career.
The former Michigan star faces a Cardinals team that has struggled against opposing kickers. They have surrendered 8.7 fantasy points per game to kickers, including 11 to Brandon Aubrey in Week 3. Yet, opposing kickers have averaged only two field goal attempts per game against Arizona. Meanwhile, Moody has three field goal attempts in every game. Expect the rookie to keep up his hot play this week.
Jason Myers (SEA) vs. New York Giants (43% Rostered)
Jason Myers has always been one of my favorite kickers to stream because he is reliable. He has made only 63.6% of his field goal attempts this year. However, the veteran was lights out in Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers, converting all five field goal attempts. He scored 18 fantasy points in the win. Furthermore, Myers is averaging 10 fantasy points per game this season, as Seattle’s offense is starting to click.
Meanwhile, the Giants have looked awful at times this year. They were embarrassed in Week 1, needed a comeback to win in Week 2, and got crushed in Week 3. Yet, New York has been excellent for opposing kickers. The Giants have surrendered 10 fantasy points per game to the position, giving up at least eight fantasy points in every contest. Myers should have a double-digit performance on Monday night.
Dustin Hopkins (CLE) vs. Baltimore Ravens (2% Rostered)
The Browns couldn’t be happier with their trade for Dustin Hopkins. The veteran kicker has been outstanding this year, making 87.5% of his field goal attempts. More importantly, he is averaging 10.7 fantasy points per game, scoring 12 or more fantasy points twice. Furthermore, Hopkins has nailed multiple field goals from 50 or more yards away this season.
Baltimore held kickers to a respectable 7.5 fantasy points per game over the first two weeks. However, they faced an inexperienced Houston Texans offense and a struggling Cincinnati Bengals offense. Unfortunately, the Ravens gave up 24 fantasy points to Matt Gay in Week 3. The veteran kicker made an NFL record four field goals from 50 or more yards away. While he won’t score 24 fantasy points against the Ravens, Hopkins should have double digits for the third time this year.
Streaming Kickers to Avoid in Week 4
Fantasy players should always stream the kicker position. However, it’s important to avoid picking up and starting a kicker that will be a bust. Let’s see which two kickers you shouldn’t pick up off the waiver wire this week.
Cairo Santos (CHI) vs. Denver Broncos (2% Rostered)
Good grief, the Chicago Bears offense is awful. Unfortunately, it’s ruined Cairo Santos being fantasy-relevant this season. The veteran kicker is averaging only six fantasy points per game this year, scoring seven or fewer in every contest. Furthermore, he has attempted only three extra points in 2023. Santos had only one field goal attempt last week – a 21-yarder in the fourth quarter.
Unfortunately, things don’t get better this week against the Broncos. Denver has surrendered eight fantasy points per game to kickers this season. However, teams are scoring at will on the Broncos, limiting opposing kickers to only three field goal attempts this year, one of the lowest totals in the NFL. Last week, Jason Sanders had 10 fantasy points after the Miami Dolphins scored 10 touchdowns. Santos will be lucky to score seven fantasy points in Week 4.
Chad Ryland (NE) vs. Dallas Cowboys (1% Rostered)
Last year, Nick Folk was New England’s kicker. He finished the 2022 season as the sixth-highest-scoring kicker, averaging eight fantasy points per game after making 32 field goal attempts. However, Chad Ryland has struggled to duplicate that fantasy production this season. He scored eight fantasy points in Week 3 against the New York Jets after totaling eight fantasy points over the first two weeks.
More importantly, the rookie missed two of his four field goal attempts in Week 3. Unfortunately, things won’t be better against the Cowboys. Dallas has surrendered only five fantasy points per game to kickers this year, one of the lowest averages in the league. Furthermore, kickers have scored four or fewer fantasy points twice against the Cowboys this season. New England’s offense lacks the firepower to overcome Dallas’ defense, limiting Ryland’s fantasy upside.
