1 year agoAric Almirola qualified 21st on Saturday for Stewart-Haas Racing. He represents the best start for the team. Kevin Harvick starts 22nd on Sunday while Ryan Preece begins in 25th place. The Ford cars have lost a lot of speed, but particularly this team. Almirola, since the pandemic has run 24th, 18th, and 23rd at Texas. The No. 10 Ford loses enough speed as it is. More concerning is that the team itself is not among the top seven teams when it comes to Fall results. They are outside the top 15.
