ANALYSIS: With Anthony Richardson (concussion) picking up his second injury in just two career NFL games, Gardner Minshew is worth picking up for fantasy managers in a bind at quarterback in two-QB and superflex leagues.
Richardson is not ruled out for the game against the Baltimore Ravens yet, but he likely will be given how seriously head injuries are taken in 2023. Minshew completed 19 of his 23 passing attempts for 171 yards and a touchdown in relief on Richardson last week against the Houston Texans and has had plenty of success in spot-starts during his career.
The Ravens present a tough matchup for the overmatched Colts, but starting quarterbacks are scarce in these formats, so he could have value until Richardson is cleared.
