ANALYSIS: DeVante Parker has rarely been a fantasy superstar throughout his career, but after drawing eight targets in Week 2 and looking like the team's go-to receiver, he has at least entered the fantasy radar.
JuJu Smith-Schuster looks like a shell of his former self, and Kendrick Bourne has failed to provide consistent production for Mac Jones over the last three years.
Parker's upside is limited in a mediocre New England offense, but he could become a player with a decent floor in PPR formats as the season moves forward. If you're desperate at the wide receiver position, he might be worth stashing.
