David Njoku Goes For 48 Yards In Week 2
1 year agoCleveland Browns tight end David Njoku caught all four of his targets for 48 yards and lost a fumble in a 26-22 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2. Njoku finished second on the Browns in receiving on Monday night, mostly hauling in short passes and flashing his yards after the catch skills to tack on extra yardage. The veteran tight end has been mostly quiet through the first two games of the season, posting six catches for 72 yards. That being said, his role in the offense could increase now that the Browns lost Nick Chubb to a season-ending knee injury. Njoku will take on the Tennessee Titans in Week 3.
