Curtis Samuel Leads Washington In Receiving
1 year agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel caught all five of his targets for 54 yards along with one carry for six yards in Sunday's win over the Arizona Cardinals. On an ugly day for the entire Washington offense, Samuel was able to put together a decent performance where he led the team in receiving. After an offseason where the 27-year-old was largely forgotten amongst the hype for his teammates, he was one of the few solid performers in this sluggish offense. However, there are plenty of weapons in Washington, so he shouldn't be expected to lead the team on a weekly basis.
