1 year agoLos Angeles Angels manager Phil Nevin said Monday that starting pitcher/designated hitter Shohei Ohtani (elbow, oblique) is pretty sore and that the team will know more about his oblique on Tuesday after further testing, per MLB.com's Rhett Bollinger. The two-way star was scratched from the lineup ahead of Monday's game against the Orioles with right-oblique tightness. Fantasy managers have already lost Ohtani as a pitcher due to a partial tear in his ulnar collateral ligament, and it would be an even bigger blow if they lose his stellar bat as well.
