Wyatt Langford Promoted To Double-A
1 year agoThe Texas Rangers are promoting outfield prospect Wyatt Langford to Double-A Frisco after just 24 games in Single-A. Langford, the Rangers No. 2 prospect, was drafted fourth overall in July and has quickly made an impact in the minors. He slashed a robust .333/.453/.644 with five homers and seven steals in those 24 games, showcasing a serious power/speed combo. There is a real chance the 21-year-old will appear in major league games next year for the Rangers.
