James Robinson Logs Double-Digit Carries, Breaks Off Long Run
1 year agoNew York Giants running back James Robinson carried the ball 10 times for 55 yards in the team's 32-24 loss to the cross-town rival Jets in Saturday's preseason finale. That included a 28-yard run in the middle of the second quarter. The ex-Jaguar is a question mark to make the final roster with Matt Breida and rookie Eric Gray seemingly making the cut. If the Giants decide to keep a fourth runner, Robinson, Gary Brightwell, and Jashaun Corbin are among the candidates. Even if he survives the cut day, Robinson is not worthy of being drafted in fantasy football this season.
