1 year agoKyle Busch probably wants to forget his first Daytona with Richard Childress Racing. The Duels ended poorly with an accident and so did the race (ended 19th after leading six laps). Now, Busch is locked into a playoff position. He qualified 18th on Friday afternoon and has experience running well during the August races on the 2.5-mile track. Accidents ended his runs in 2020 and 2021. He dropped to tenth due to pit speed issues and poor timing (the Rain big one). Busch only has to remain mostly incident free on Saturday night. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
