Randall Cobb Getting More Starting Reps Than Mecole Hardman Jr.
1 year agoNew York Jets wide receiver Randall Cobb is entering his 13th NFL season and has not posted over 450 receiving yards since 2019. However, Zack Rosenblatt of the Athletic reports Cobb has been getting more repetitions with quarterback Aaron Rodgers than Mecole Hardman Jr. in recent practices. Rodgers and Cobb spent 10 seasons together in Green Bay and are close friends, but it'd be a surprising development to see the 33-year-old wideout play a larger role than Hardman this season. This is just a preseason report and should be taken with a grain of salt, but it's a situation worth monitoring. Neither player will likely be a great fantasy option in 12-team leagues.
