1 year agoHouston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud will once again start for the team in the preseason finale against the New Orleans Saints. In two preseason games thus far, Stroud has completed nine of his 16 passing attempts for 73 yards, zero touchdowns, and one interception. He's added three rushes for five yards. Needless to say, he hasn't been spectacular, but the expectation is he will take time to develop. He's not yet locked in as the team's Week 1 starter for the regular season, but that could come sooner than later. Surrounded by a weak supporting cast, it would be surprising if Stroud is worth starting in single-QB fantasy football formats this season.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
