San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle has consistently been one of the best players at his position since he entered the league in 2017. However, the biggest concern around him has always been his availability.
So far in his six seasons in the NFL, he has only had a fully healthy season once, and that was in 2019. Last season, he missed two games at the start of the campaign due to a groin injury. His preparation for this upcoming season was halted as well, as he suffered another groin injury in training camp.
In this article, we will discuss whether Kittle is fully healthy or not and what impact that will have on the fantasy managers who have him on their team or are planning to draft him.

George Kittle Injury Status:
As per the latest reports, George Kittle is healthy and is back in practice for the 49ers. He might get some snaps in the last preseason game against the Los Angeles Chargers on August 25.
This is a huge boost for the 49ers, who have almost all their key players back healthy. Brock Purdy will be the quarterback in Week 1, and Kittle is expected to be at his best after missing some time in training camp.
George Kittle is Likely To Have Another Great Year
As for fantasy managers, there is no doubt that Kittle will have another great season for his team. Ever since Brock Purdy became the 49ers quarterback, Kittle's production has seen a significant rise.
He finished last season with 60 receptions for 765 yards and 11 touchdowns in 15 games. As per StatMuse, in nine games with Purdy as his quarterback, Kittle had 39 catches for 544 yards and scored 10 touchdowns.
Kittle has consistently been a top-3 tight end in fantasy football, and this season we might see him have the second-highest points among the players at his position just behind Travis Kelce.
