1 year agoDetroit Lions quarterback Teddy Bridgewater completed five of his 11 passing attempts for 34 yards in the team's preseason loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The veteran signed with Detroit on Aug 10 and will presumably be locked into the QB2 role behind Jared Goff. Detroit selected Hendon Hooker in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft, but he has yet to come back from a torn ACL suffered in late October of 2022. That said, Bridgewater is an attractive deep superflex and two-QB roster stash. If Goff gets banged up, he would be a must-start in those deep formats where quarterbacks are scarce.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
